A few words about Copyrights and Image Theft.

Photography is one of my passions as well as a way to make some money in my shop. However, I do not consider myself a professional nor is it my sole profession. If you see something you like let me know. It could be as simple as a background for your desktop. In most cases I'll be happy to provide an image of suitable quality.

Many sites do things like disable the right mouse button as an attempt to prevent downloading of images. These methods can be easily defeated and usually creates some type of frustration for both me and the visitor. Don't mistake this reality as tacit permission from me to use my images. Using any of my images without my express written permission is a violation of copyright law. Can you imagine how much camera equipment and gemstones I could buy after I win a copy infringement lawsuit?!

Here is the deal. All images on this site are saved at 72 dots per inch and are best suited for screen display only. If you try to print anything most likely, you will not like the result. If you want to use any of my images please contact me and we can discuss the intended use and what, if any, licensing fees would be involved.
